Fantastinen kokemus: My experience at the clinic Providental is totally positive. I 'd like to mention dr. Jeeveana ,who placed a dental implant. He was so clear in explaining everything; he was very careful because my mouth is small and he always wanted to be sure that I didn't feel any pain (which I did not :) ). The implant is perfect and you can't say the difference between my other teeth. Speaking about the price, it was quite good compared with other dentists I have visited before(but I think the quality of Dr. Jeeveana is superior). He also pulled out a wisdom tooth,which was healed in few days,with 0 pain. I totally recommend this clinic !

Had a comparatively most painless and smooth experience, their team is very attentive and professional, Dr. Jeevana's expertise is truly remarkable and procedure options are tailored holistically and with much consideration to patient need and comfort. Fantastinen kokemus: I had a great experience with Svetlana, the dental hygienist. The teeth cleaning was quick and professional, I was very happy with the result. Svetlana was nice and friendly, she answered my questions and gave some useful recommendations. The price was reasonable and the clinic is conveniently located in the city centre. I will certainly visit again!

Always on point, never late, never had any issues. Everything according to the plan he laid out in my first appointment. Came here a year ago literally because of all the positive reviews. Happy to add mine now a couple months later

Fantastinen kokemus: The Surprise of My Life Without sounding exaggerated, Dr. Jeevana is not just an incredibly skilled dentist, he is truly a dental artist Even the first stabbings of the anesthesia, I hardly felt it. I am now after a second treatment that included 2 difficult extractions. wonderful I highly recommend, I can say that at least.

Fantastinen kokemus: Just had just my regular dental checkup, cleaning and 2 fillings done here. I had a great experience under the care of Dr. Mahnaz Khawari-Braun. Initially, I was quite anxious coming into my appointment as it was my first time going into a new clinic and I've seen the same dentist since I was 2 years old . All my anxious feelings went away as soon as Dr. Mahnaz and her dental assistant greeted me. They were warm, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. The procedures went smoothly and completely painless. I can highly recommend this clinic and will definitely come back in the future.

Fantastinen kokemus: I had a crown come off when I was visiting Helsinki. I still had several days left of my vacation but was leaving later that day to Stockholm. His schedule was full but he still fit me in and took care of what I needed. He explained everything he did and what I needed to do. He was great! I was so thankful!!

Fantastinen kokemus: I had visited Dr. Jeevana Subasinghe after a long history of visiting other famous dental clinics in Helsinki area. In those places I was recommended several procedures and some tooth removals, which actually can be treated at Providental! Dr.Jeevana offered me simple and modern solutions for my problems which would not only help me to keep my teeth but also tackle my gum decease in the best personalized way. To be honest I almost got teary there because in that 20min visit I received to many solutions that I was not offered in years of going to other dental clinics and I didn’t even know they existed. I really cannot be happier!

Negatiivinen kokemus: I would leave less stars if it was possible. Horrible experience with Dr. Thomas. I called the clinic beforehand, because my case is a bit uncommon and due to the border being closed I needed to continue my treatment in Finland. So I called the clinic to check if they are able to help me - they told me how they treat similar cases. I consulted with my dentist back at home about the treatment the clinic suggested and she said that the sealer for the root canals the clinic mentioned should NOT be used, because it disappears after a couple of years leaving gutta percha there with no contact to the tooth which leads to the tooth weakening and it becoming more fragile. I called the clinic back to ask if they could use any other canal filler which they replied that they don't. I decided not to cancel my visit and try to discuss with the doctor directly if it's possible to order another sealer and use it. During the appointment the doctor behaved in completely unprofessional way, without asking about the situation or what my dentist did he was whining the whole time that my dentist didn't do 1 hygienic thing while filling the canals that the whole treatment is wrong. (My dentist is a PhD in root canals I totally trust her as a specialist in her field). Instead of being open to discussion about the root filler Dr. Thomas' pride was noticeably hurt and he was showing it with petty comments about the differences in standards and principals of treatment in EU and outside of it. I couldn't say anything back because my mouth was opened the whole time, but I'm deeply offended by the way the doctor behaved. At the end of the appointment the doctor got in a hurry to get rid of me and didn't even ask if I the filling he did disturbed my chewing and if it's comfortable (it wasn't), he said that my tooth is hopeless and he won't waste any time on it. And that he will write the report and nobody will try to treat it after that and that everybody is using the same sealer it's just different brands. (Now that I visited a better dentist in another clinic I know for a fact, that's not true). The cherry on the top that he asked in what language I would like the report to be and I asked for an English version, he looked at me for 10 sec and said that he will write it in Finnish. Worst customer experience ever. The arrogance of the doctor and his total disregard for me as a patient makes me sick. Wouldn't recommend to visit.

Fantastinen kokemus: Have had my annual plaque and tartar removal with Monika Böök and can give a 100% recommendation. She explains everything detailed (luckily even in my mother tongue German) and I felt well throughout the whole time there. Removal went well and did not hurt (have had a not so good experience when it’s done „manually“). For me it’s important having the same dentist and not jump from one to the next. Will definitely come back again! Thanks for a great service!

Fantastinen kokemus: Providental诊所地处赫尔辛基最黄金的地段，搭乘公共交通非常方便。诊所像极了一个家庭，现代化的装修，很温馨。给我治疗的是Jeevana医生，医术高超且友好热情。我的牙齿被Vantaa的公立医院判定无药可救唯有拔牙，三次急诊三次方案都是拔牙。最终我顽强地躲过这一劫，幸运的是遇见了Providental. 通过Jeevana医生的专业治疗，我的牙齿完好保留了下来，费用也是及其合理，烤瓷牙甚至比我在中国做的还优惠。特别感谢Jeevana医生和他的两名最佳护士，点名表扬来自日本和德国的护士，每次都特别友好亲切，每次去就像见到老朋友。Jeevana医生特别负责，牙齿问题联系他，他看到了就会回复。我曾经在半夜收到过他的回复，医生的回复给了患者极大的安全感。公立医院连牙科电话都联系不上，怎么可能直接和牙医沟通。我觉得私立牙医的钱花得很值。Jeevana医生的医术和素养值得信任，以后我和家人的牙齿都会交给他处理。

Fantastinen kokemus: Hej, Jag heter Dhammika och jag har bott i Sverige i 34 år. Över 30 av dessa år har jag aldrig besökt tandvården men var jag tvungen att göra det eftersom jag fick stora besvär i ansiktet som spridde sig runt käk benet och t o m till vissa tänder. Efter undersökningen bestämde de att gnistrande av tänder i många år hade orsakat detta. Jag blev vidare skickat till en special klinik där jag fick en bett skena nästan efter ett år. Men p g a att ansikt besvären etc etc fortsatte även efter detta, jag tog kontakt med Dr. Jeevana på Providental i Helsingfors vilket gjorde det till besök i Finland och behandlingen Botox gjordes av Dr Jeevana på plats efter en komplett tand o ansikts undersökning. Alla dessa jobb gjordes väl under 2 timmars arbetstid och den var strålande imponerande vilket gav mig hel förtroende av en professionell som behanhandlat mig inom sitt yrke. Före detta hade jag tappat totalt förtroende i Sverige där det tog nästan 18 månader för allt utan Botox ändå, som löste problemet till slut. Inte bara på kliniken Dr. Jeevana följde upp på telefon samtal tills jag blev frisk och gav med all råd jag behövde. Det var därför jag återvände tilbaka till Dr. Jeevana igen den 24e Sept 2024 när det var dags p g a samma ansikts problem. Och denna gång blev det mer olika jobb med botox och justeringar av bettskenan. Otroligt imponerande att Providental och Dr. Jeevana klarade alla dessa jobb i en och samma klinik för, i Sverige var det 3 olika besök som tog långa väntetider. Det är därför jag rekommenderar Dr. Jeevana till alla som behöver professionella hjälp inom tandvården till ett rimligt pris. Tack så mycket Dr. Jeevana och Providental för all hjälp deńna gång och jag såg mår mycket bättre nu efter en vecka. Lycka till.

Fantastinen kokemus: I visited Dr. Jeevana for a consultation and I was delightfully surprised by his professionalism, quickness and kindness. He looked at my teeth once and instantly knew the cause of my problem and different ways to solve it, offering both economical and advanced alternatives. Based on my situation, he also provided me with a temporary fix, so that my problem doesn't aggravate by the time I decide which option I should go forward with. I am extremely grateful to him and definitely recommend his services. I also want to mention that before my appointment with Dr. Jeevana, I also had an appointment with Dr. Pantelis, who was equally as good in his expertise. I don't think it's a coincidence, that two dentists from the same clinic, provided me with such good experiences.

Problem areas were defined and prioritized and fixed with an according timeline. They cannot fix all things (surgeries), but they will tell you and refer you to a place of trust. Fantastinen kokemus: One weekend I had sudden and extreme pain from a wisdom tooth. During that same week, I was able to get an emergency appointment at Providental, where Dr Jeevana removed the tooth with surgery. The removal of the tooth was efficient and professional. I received good instructions for care, and the stitches were removed the same week. I was very happy with the surgery, and I highly recommend Dr. Jeevana for his expertise. Fantastinen kokemus: Let me begin this review saying that for years I have been suffering of dental phobia and I have been terribly afraid of going to the dentist. I finally decided to get my teeth checked and after some googling found Providental and put myself in Mr. Jeevana's chair. I can't recommend him enough. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing. I sat on the chair sweating, anxious and scared. Halfway through the appointment I was relaxed and I felt zero pain. The best experience with a dentist I have had in my entire life. Thank you so much again!

Fantastinen kokemus: Jeevana has provided excellent care over the years. The most recent was a crown for a previously root treated tooth- the technology used to make the perfect tooth was very impressive. I would highly recommend his work as he has high level competence offering treatment in many specialty areas.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Hei, kävin teillä hampaiden tarkastuksessa torstaina 10.9. Minulla oli käytössä kaupungin kupongit. Olisin halunnut rauhassa miettiä ajanvarausta. Minulle sanottiin että jos et nyt heti varaa aikaa et saa kaupungin kuponkia käyttöön. Soitin terveyskeskukseen jossa kerrottiin ettei tämä pidä paikkaansa. Hirveä sekaannus ja en halua samaan paikkaan mennä.
